13th St. N to 13 th St. South: Tuesday and Friday
13th st. N. to North City Limit: Wednesday and Saturday

Scheduled as above unless special arrangements are made for
additional service.
Vegetation:
Monday Pick Up
Yard Waste Grass clippings must be bundled or in 32 gal containers
Brush must be neatly piled in R/W, not in travel way, bike lane,
sidewalk or blocking mail box, or sight visibility for drivers
Recycling
Thursday Pickup 7AM
Have containers at curb in front of
property.
White Goods ( old appliances, scrap metal or aluminum )
Will be picked up on day following call into Public Works that item will be at the curbside by 7am the following day.
Tires
may be put at curb, one per customer, on regular scheduled collection days.
E-Waste
tv's radios, small appliances, computers should be taken to Lena Landfill on the third Saturday
of each month or retained until Special waste days on the Island.
Household hazardous waste
such as cleaner chemicals, paint, paint thinners, batteries, etc. should be
taken to Lena Landfill on the third Saturday of each month or retained until Special waste days on the
Island.
Do not put in Dumpsters or household waste containers.
Construction/Remodeling/Demolition Debris:
Do not place in collection cans or dumpsters. It is the
owner and contractor's responsibility for disposal at the Lena Landfill, by Manatee County Ordinance.
