Memorial Plaque Application
Memorialize your loved one. The city will place your memorial plaque on a new city bench. Your plaque design must be approved by the commission. Once your plaque has approval, have it made and a new bench will be purchased for it (your cost is $450 for the bench). The city will install the plaque and place the bench for you.
