City Clerk's Office

The Administrative Department (City Clerk's office) is responsible for the daily interface between the public and City Hall. Preparing documents for public dissemination, setting meeting agendas, preparing meeting minutes, providing the media with timely information and directing you to the proper area for resources you may need are all part of the Clerk's responsibilties. A comprehensive list of the clerk's duties can be found here.

Many of those resources are now available from this area of the website. Please browse the City Hall area and the Clerk's sub-menu to access downloadable forms, find answers to Frequently Asked Questons, view Agendas and Minutes and much more.

Public records and documents will be made available for download from the Public Records area of this website. Going forward, all public records will be included in the document database. Archival documents (created before the implementation of the database) will be added as time and finances permit.
