The City Clerk’s office is responsible for the daily interface between the public and City Hall. Preparing documents for public dissemination, setting meeting agendas, preparing meeting minutes, providing the media with timely information and directing you to the proper area for resources you may need are all part of the Clerk’s responsibilities. Many of those resources are available from this website. With more than ten years of public records documents now online, we have divided the document store into two areas. Current and Archives. Going forward all new documents will be found in the current document database and storage area. The older documents will still be available for download, until they have outlived their relevancy. There are numerous ways to find the files you seek, including a new Document File Browser, Current Document Search Function, Recent Uploads Page by category for current records and a search function for the archives.  The City Clerk’s office provides this service in addition to physical hard copies of records available at City Hall.
